Human Relationship
This is the time for tears to flow. For some, they are tears of joy; for some, they are tears of sorrow.
Two people who worked equally hard, but received such vast different treatment.
One, had to bear hurting words hurled at her and having her capabilites being belittled.
Whereas for the other, had the higher people fawning over her.
My housemate volunteered cleavage as a possible reason.
From my observations, human relationship still matters in the end.
One had a few tiffs with the higher people, while the other can even joke like a normal friend with the higher people.
What is your say? What is the lesson to learn here?
Be on good terms with people and spare them any headache or problems. Better still if you can alleviate their problems and bring their blood pressure down. Then, you will have people fawning over you.
Harsh reality, but human is this strange being with interesting psychology.
To be successful, you would have to understand this.
Someone asked me what do I understand by the phrase ’survival of the fittest’.
Is it that the strongest always win? Maybe in the past, but no longer applicable these days.
In my definition, the fittest would be someone who can adapt to his or her surroundings the best.
In short, to survive, we need to adapt, and in today’s world, we need to adapt fast to the ever changing world. Flexbility… ahh yes, that’s the word. Be flexible. No one solution can cater to all situations. In this new world, it is customization to fit the situation.
And to the one, my heart goes out to her. I can understand her feelings well as I’ve been in a similar situation before. And to the other one, what did she do right?
